Cancellation Policy
REMINDER: A card is REQUIRED to be on file for ALL clients.
No Show: 100% of service will be charged to card on file or must be paid prior to booking next appointment.
Same Day Cancellation: 50% of service will be charged to card on file or must be paid prior to booking next appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show within that time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be subject to rescheduling or applicable fees.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please reach out within 24-48 hours to (863) 332-4311 to ensure that plans can be changed accordingly.
